My own fitness journey has been a long one. I started going through a handful of sports between soccer and tennis to BJJ. Eventually I started working out at home to try to get stronger before stepping into a gym.
I followed a Powerlifting approach to my training and quickly added 200kg to my lifts, gained 12kg of muscle, and even competed 5x regionally.
I love lifting, the benefits I’ve got from it have been life changing and I want to share that experience with as many people as I can without the uncertainty of a bad program.
